Open Recruitment of Freelance Contractors
We are building a flexible network of trusted freelance contractors to support high-quality youth, community, sport, employability, education and creative programmes across the Foundation.
The Rio Ferdinand Foundation is seeking passionate, skilled and motivated freelance contractors to join our growing delivery network across London.
We work alongside young people, communities, schools, businesses and partners to tackle inequalities, promote social mobility and create pathways into employment, education, sport, leadership and positive futures.
As our programmes continue to grow, we are looking to build a diverse pool of trusted freelance professionals who can support delivery across a wide range of youth, community, sport, employability and educational programmes.

We welcome expressions of interest from individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:
What We Are Looking For
Have experience working with young people aged 11–25.
Share our commitment to inclusion, equality and social mobility.
Can build positive relationships with young people and communities.
Have strong facilitation, coaching or mentoring skills.
Are reliable, professional and able to work flexibly.
Hold relevant qualifications and/or demonstrable experience in their field.
Are willing to complete or hold appropriate safeguarding and vetting checks.
